From the living sea where the sea water is naturally and completely dried so you get all of the minerals, trace elements, and organic compounds of sea water. Other sea salt has minerals and organics rinsed out of it. Organic certified. Kosher certified. pH of 8.13 (alkaline vs. most salt in the acid 6-7 pH range). This may contain sea plant or shellfish parts, etc. which are found in the sea.

Only about 80% sodium chloride (salt) – you buy sea salt for the “other” minerals, etc. This is rich in “other” which provides essential nutrients and depth of flavor not found in refined salt. Our gut microbes use the organic sea water compounds and our taste buds are activated by the wide variety of content. Use in place of table salt or sea salt. This is naturally sun dried from a secluded, mineral rich, volcanic and deep thermals estuary that is 13 miles from the remote part of the Sea of Cortez. This is a natural product so you will see darker colored granules and it may turn a more golden color as it interacts with the air. It will absorb moisture from the air so add a few kernels of popcorn to the shaker so it remains more shakable. A small amount of calcium carbonate is added to help with flow. Further dry ESW on a tray and then grind small amounts in a blender. Grind very fine for nut and popcorn coating or to size desired for various uses. A few three second pulses in a blender will grind it as fine as you wish. You can add garlic, onion, activated charcoal, ground celery seed, or other flavorings.

Our thyroid gland uses iodine to kill abnormal cells, viruses, and bacteria. Over a number of months, the kelp removed my brain fog and improved my energy and stamina levels. Start with a pinch of powder on your foods each day. This gives you about the FDA recommended daily allotment for iodine. This is said to keep you from getting goiter but may be too little for other iodine needs. Consult your health care professional for the proper amount for your specific needs. If you need to increase your intake, do so slowly. The second month you might try 1/8 teaspoon a day to see if that makes any positive or negative difference for you.
